WHO DOES THE RATINGS OF COTTAGES?
How many times have you visited a property based on looking at a brochure-only to be disappointed. Maybe you thought you would have more privacy, or maybe you thought you would be closer to the pool or the lake. All of our guests deserve to know in advance what to expect. Therefore we have developed a rating system for each of our cottages based on four distinct categories. The categories are access to the lake, proximity to the lodge, lake view and overall privacy. To our knowledge we were the first resort in Minnesota to provide this service to our potential guests. And our guests love the idea. You will notice that all of the ratings outlined above are about the connection of the cottage to the lake, and or your surroundings in general. In other words the ratings are about the outside of the cottage. What about the inside of the cottage? Each cottage must meet the standards of Ledge Rock Management and Cove Point Lodge, including linen, cleanliness, and safety.
